School Rules

  • Students must carry their diaries to school every day.
  • Students who come to school with their escorts will not be permitted to leave the school before the escort arrives.
  • Late comers and the students who do not do their homework regularly will be taken to task.
  • A sick child should not be sent to school.
  • In case of an emergency, the person must carry an authority letter from the parents to take the child home.
  • School is functional for the students from Monday to Saturday.
  • Parents are requested to be aware of the security of their children.
  • Gates of the school shall open 10 minutes before the school timing.
  • The child should reach 10 minutes before the school starts.
  • School shall not be responsible for any mishappening if occured after the dispersal according to the set school timing. We request you to collect your ward within 10 minutes after the school gets over.
  • Students are not allowed to go to a relative or friend’s house from school.
  • Students using the school bus should maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facility will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not properly maintained.
  • Students are to be tidy and neatly dressed in school uniform on all working days and school functions.
  • Those who are slovenly dressed or not in proper uniform will be taken to task.
  • All the text books and exercise books should be neatly covered and properly labelled. All the belongings of students must bear their name, class and section.
  • The School is not responsible for goods that are lost. Valuable articles like expensive watches, fancy stationery items and jewelry etc. are prohibited in school.
  • Mobile phones or any other electronic gadget, if found with the student, will be confiscated.
  • Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is strictly barred.
  • Care must be taken of all school property. Students should not damage any school furniture, charts, write or draw anything on the walls.
  • Recovery of any damage will be done from the concerned student.
  • Parents and guardians must not enter the class room either to see their ward or to seek an interview with the teacher during school hours.
  • Parents and guardians of all the students should attend the PTM to note the progress of their wards.
  • A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter.
  • ​​It is mandatory for all children to take school tests. No re-test is allowed. You are requested not to send your ward for the test in case of illness.
  • No Student must take tuition from any teacher teaching in this institution. A student who is found guilty of breaking this rule will face strict disciplinary action.
  • Children will not be permitted to change their activity once the session has begun. A change will be considered only at the beginning of a new session.
  • Any change in the residential address or telephone number must be intimated to the school immediately.
  • Girls are not permitted to wear bangles, fancy clips and jewelry stones to schools. They should not apply nail paints or mehendi. Only black hair bands, rubber bands and hair clips are to be used.
  • Boys are not allowed to wear smartwatches or excessive jewelry, including distracting accessories like visible body piercings or hats/caps indoors.
  • Students will be fined in case of loss of the report card. A fine of 100/- will be charged for issue of a new Report Card.
  • Office bearers must wear their badges daily.
  • Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the receptionist. They will not be allowed to answer phone calls during class hours.
  • The school has the right to retain the work books, activity books and any other material used by the student in the class.
  • School is functional for the teaching and non-teaching staff on Saturday also.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
