Evaluation System
Teachers conduct continuous and comprehensive evaluations, maintaining updated records for all students. Periodic reports highlight average scores across every subject and class.
Assessments for primary and middle school strictly adhere to the provided schedule. Consistent engagement in academic work is crucial, and addressing any deficiencies before considering promotion is imperative. Due to the assessment system and yearly averages determining eligibility for promotion, re-tests won’t be feasible.
Promotion:
- Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year’s performance of the pupil. Hence, the importance of regularity in attendance and work can’t be ignored.
- The report cards of the children will be based on the assessments/ evaluations done periodically.
- For Classes I and II there will be periodic Assessments.
- The final result will be a compilation of the four Units and will determine the promotion of the child to the next class.
- For Classes III to V there will be two periodic Assessments i.e., Half Yearly assessment and Final Assessment.
- Class VI onwards children will have Term Assessments as per CBSE Guidelines
- The decision of the Principal will be final regarding promotion to the next class.
